About the Event
We're celebrating Saint Paddy's on March 17th with a round of fresh Effingham Pacific Oysters, and a hand-drawn cask of Holy Smoke Stout on the Firehall Beer Engine! Reserve your oysters below (5-7pm): 3 for $ 15+tax, or 5 for $20+tax. While quantities last, reservations served first. Seating is first-come-first-serve.
CASK: Our award-winning Holy Smoke Stout, straight up, no bells and whistles, just good ol' stout: flavours of dark chocolate and dark roast coffee from the roasted barley, with a layer of woodfire smoke from traditional beech-smoked malt. All Firehall casks are now served at cellar temperature (10-12C, 50-53F) through a hand-drawn beer pump, creating a cascading carbonation, rich foam, and a creamy texture. Tapping at 5pm, available all week or until the cask runs dry! This one does not contain lactose.
