About the Event
We're bringing in another round of fresh Effingham Pacific Oysters, and serving an English-style Cask of Golden Ale on the Firehall Beer Engine. Reserve your oysters below (reservation window is 5-7pm)! Oysters: 3 for $ 15+tax, or 5 for $20+tax. While quantities last, reservations served first. Seating is first-come-first-serve.
CASK: Golden Ale hopped with "Bergamot" variety hops, bringing notes of orange zest, lemongrass, and a floral character like Earl Grey tea. Served at cellar temperature (10-12C, 50-53F) through a hand-drawn beer pump, creating a cascading carbonation and creamy texture. Tapping at 5pm, available until the cask runs dry!
