Chicken Pesto - built on focaccia with housemade grilled chicken julienne, provolone cheese, pesto, tender greens and garlic aioli. Brewmaster Sid says it pairs best with the Backdraft Blonde. $17 including fries
Philly Cheesesteak - built on a ciabatta bun with 5oz of housemade roast beef, mozzarella, sauteed onions, green onion, mushrooms and garlic aioli. Brewmaster Sid says it pairs best with the Stoked Ember Ale. $17 including fries
