About the Event
To celebrate the release of the "Lazy Dalmatian" Dark Lager, on the Sunday of May Long we are hosting the Firehall Dogfest! From 12-4pm on May 21st we will have a Photo Booth sponsored by Bosley’s, a Costume Contest sponsored by Love Buzz Dog Spa, and a Talent Show sponsored by Toes & Tails Wellness, along with food & drink specials, and more! You can bring your doggy down to enjoy the fun, or register your dog for the Costume Contest and/or Talent Show below! Big THANK YOU WOOF to our event MC Emily Nunes, and to our sponsors!
SCHEDULE:
12pm - Open House
1:30pm - Costume Contest
3:00pm - Talent Show
3:30pm - Awards Ceremony
At 1:30pm, Love Buzz Dog Spa will be presenting the DogFest 2023 Costume Contest! Show off your dogs funky fashion sense or fancy party clothes in an adorable parade. All breeds are welcome as long as they are comfortable in their outfits. Maximum 15 entrants.
At 3:00pm, Toes & Tails Wellness will be presenting the DogFest 2023 Talent Show! Come show off all your dogs incredible tricks, fancy footwork, or stunning vocals. All talents and breeds will be accepted as long as all ticks or attire are humane and safe for your dog. Talents are to be no longer than 4 minutes. Winners receive a fun prize pack with goodies for both dogs and humans. Maximum 15 entrants.
Dogs registered for both events will automatically be entered in to win the grand prize of "Best in Show".
You are responsible for the health and safety of your dog at all times. Please maintain control of your dog with the use of a proper leash/and or harness and refrain from using any costumes that could harm your dog. Be aware of the temperature and monitor your dog's comfort and stress levels throughout the day.
Peeing on the patio is not allowed. There will be a designated area for your dogs to use the bathroom. Please pick up after your dog.
Anyone who is not acting responsibly with their dog or treating their dogs inhumanely will be disqualified and asked to leave immediately.
The Firehall Brewery will not be held responsible for injury or sickness due to accidents or altercations.
